Usage Data: Data from our website, client portal, CRM, chatbots, and cookies (e.g., IP address, browser type, access time, and interaction data).
Payment Information: Records of payments, receipts, VAT invoices, and banking confirmations (Note: we do not store full credit card details; payment processors handle those).
2. Purpose of Collection
Provision of Services – Processing government documentation, renewals, visas, licenses, and related services under your selected subscription package.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring adherence to UAE federal and Abu Dhabi Emirate laws, ADDED, MOHRE, ICA, ADNOC, ENEC, CICPA, and other regulatory authorities.
Internal Record-Keeping – Maintaining service history, compliance logs, and package utilization records.

Marketing & Client Relationship Management – Sharing information about new packages, service updates, and offers (opt-out available).

3. Legal Grounds for Processing
Performance of Contract – Delivering services as agreed in your package and Service Agreement.
Legal Obligation – Compliance with UAE government requirements.
Legitimate Interest – Protecting PlusUAE’s operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and improving client experience.
Consent – Marketing communications or where consent is legally required.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
Government Authorities: ADDED, MOHRE, ICA, CICPA, ADNOC, ENEC, Immigration, and other entities as required.
Service Partners: Typing centers, translation agencies, and attestation bodies for fulfilling transactions.
Legal Compliance: Disclosure required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
Internal Use: Within PlusUAE and its group companies, including Vortexen Dynamics, for operational purposes.
We do not sell or trade client information under any circumstances.
5. Data Retention
All client data and records are retained for the entire duration of the contract and for up to 7 years thereafter, in line with UAE commercial and tax laws.
PlusUAE reserves the right to retain anonymized data indefinitely for compliance, training, and analytical purposes.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation.
PlusUAE is not liable for errors, delays, or fines arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or late submission of information by the Client.
Clients must ensure their own compliance with UAE laws when engaging PlusUAE services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, PlusUAE’s liability is strictly limited to the monthly service fee paid for the month in which an issue occurred.
PlusUAE is not liable for: Delays caused by government entities, regulation changes, or processing timelines; Fines, penalties, or rejections due to client-supplied documents or missed payments of government fees; Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, contracts, or business opportunities).
8. Indemnification
The Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold PlusUAE harmless against all claims, damages, liabilities, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
Inaccurate or incomplete documentation provided by the Client.
Non-compliance with UAE laws by the Client.
Breach of contract or this Privacy Policy by the Client.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:
Secure encrypted document management systems.
Restricted employee access to client-sensitive files.
Confidentiality agreements signed by all staff.
Secure data transfer protocols for sharing with government portals.
10. International Data Transfer
We primarily process data within the UAE. However, if cross-border transfer is required (e.g., for multinational clients), PlusUAE ensures compliance with UAE and international data transfer regulations.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
